Membership & Service Cancellation

Members and users of the Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha (GDPS) website may request cancellation of certain services, such as pending online membership applications, renewal subscriptions, or other registered services offered through this platform.

Please note that cancellation of a completed membership registration or donation does not automatically entitle you to a refund. Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by our Refund Policy.

How to Cancel

To request cancellation of a service or registration, you may:

• Submit a written cancellation request through the website contact form, clearly stating your membership number, registered mobile number, and the service you wish to cancel

Pending Online Membership Applications

If you have submitted an online membership application that has not yet been approved or processed, you may request cancellation before final confirmation. Once membership is approved and recorded in our system, cancellation may be subject to administrative review and applicable refund rules.

Effect of Cancellation

After a cancellation request is accepted:

• Future renewals or recurring payments linked to the cancelled service will be stopped, where applicable
• Access to member-only features may continue until the end of the current valid membership period, unless otherwise decided by the organization
• Membership records, receipts, and certificates already issued will remain on file as per organizational requirements
• Donations made voluntarily are generally non-cancellable once payment is successfully completed, unless otherwise permitted under our Refund Policy

Donations made through the website are voluntary contributions to support the activities of Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha (GDPS). Cancellation of a completed donation is not usually permitted. For payment errors or duplicate transactions, please contact us immediately with transaction details.

Changes to Membership & Service Plans

Guru Dharma Pracharana Sabha (GDPS) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any membership category, fee structure, or online service offered through this website at any time.
